Once you have submitted your application we will assess your connection requirements and arrange to visit your site. You will need a quote specific to your project which will follow after the site survey has been completed.
The quote will most commonly be made up of the following costs:
In order to receive a new connection quotation you will need to apply for a new connection. To request a new connection application form and information pack you can call our Services Helpline on 0344 346 2020 or visit obtaining a new water connection which details the steps involved in getting a new connection.
The quote will include the costs of making the connection, laying our part of the service pipe, a stop tap and installation of a water meter along with any charges in addition to the cost of making the connection.
